What pricing structure does VirtelPro use?
VirtelPro offers a flexible pay-as-you-go structure with hourly rates or fixed prices per project. Clients pay an upfront deposit (typically 20-30% of the estimated project cost) to cover weekly freelancer payments, ensuring consistent compensation regardless of project duration. The remaining balance, if any, is billed based on work completion.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients can cancel projects with 48 hours’ notice without penalty. For cancellations within 48 hours, a fee of 25-50% of the agreed project value may apply, depending on the work already completed, to compensate freelancers for their time and preparation.
What is the turnaround time for setting up a project?
We aim to match you with suitable freelancers within 48 hours of your quote request. The full hiring process, including any interviews, and setting up, typically takes 3-4 days, allowing you to start your project quickly.
When selecting a freelancer, do I have the option in conducting a final interview?
Yes, you can review freelancer profiles and conduct final interviews with shortlisted candidates before making a selection, ensuring the best fit for your project needs.
I'm not happy with a freelancer, do I get a replacement or refund?
We aim to match you with the best freelancers. If you’re dissatisfied, we offer mediation. Depending on the contract terms and the nature of the issue, you may receive a replacement freelancer at no additional cost or a full 100% refund for incomplete or substandard work,
What systems do you have in place for data privacy?
VirtelPro prioritizes data security with measures including end-to-end encryption for file transfers, GDPR and CCPA compliance, secure access controls, regular security audits, and anonymized data handling to protect sensitive information shared during projects.
