What pricing structure does VirtelPro use?
VirtelPro offers a flexible pay-as-you-go structure with hourly rates or fixed prices per project. Clients pay an upfront deposit (typically 20-30% of the estimated project cost) to cover weekly freelancer payments, ensuring consistent compensation regardless of project duration. The remaining balance, if any, is billed based on work completion.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients can cancel projects with 48 hours' notice without penalty. For cancellations within 48 hours, a fee of 25-50% of the agreed project value may apply, depending on the work already completed, to compensate freelancers for their time and preparation.
What is the typical turnaround time for setting up a project and hiring a freelancer?
We aim to match you with suitable freelancers within 48 hours of your quote request. The full hiring process, including any interviews, and setting up, typically takes 3-4 days, allowing you to start your project quickly.
Do clients have the option to conduct a final interview to select their freelancers?
Yes, clients can review freelancer profiles and conduct final interviews with shortlisted candidates before making a selection, ensuring the best fit for your project needs.
If I'm not happy with a freelancer, do I get a replacement or refund?
We aim to match you with the best freelancers. If you're dissatisfied, we offer mediation. Depending on the contract terms and the nature of the issue, you may receive a replacement freelancer at no additional cost or a full 100% refund for incomplete or substandard work,
